Responsibilities
- Buy and optimize traffic for dating offers via different traffic platforms
- A/B testing to reach the best results/ROI possible
- Update costs and analyze campaigns
- Hunt for new partners and sources of traffic to acquire traffic from
- Manage large monthly budgets
- Be able to reach the company's media buying objectives
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must.
- Experience in ad Media Buying or performance in the dating, Cams, or any adult vertical is a big plus.
- Very strong analytical and organisational skills.
- A strong understanding of tracking implementation, such as pixel- and-server-to-server tracking.
- Accustomed to work with large media buying budgets and buy different ad zones and formats like banner, email, native and push on cpc and cpm basis.
- Familiar with large adnetworks like TrafficJunky, TwinRed TrafficStars, Trafficfactory etc
- Experience with tracking softwares like Voluum, Binom, Redtrack, Adsbridge
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

As a Business Development Manager at MBNexus, you’ll be responsible for bringing new advertisers, maintaining and managing the relationships with our advertisers who hire our media buying services.
You are detail-oriented, energetic, communicative and commercially driven. You are a strong negotiator, you know how to get the best value from your conversations while ensuring everyone leaves the table smiling. You love online marketing and have an established network of contacts in the affiliate marketing and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining and growing business with new advertisers and publishers
- Negotiating deals with new partners.
- ensure quality for our advertising partners by growing long term relationships that deliver high quality service.
- Communicating with clients by email, chat, telephone and other means available.
- Traveling to international trade shows for networking and prospecting.
- Actively contact new partners.
- Reporting to management about performance of your portfolio.
- Coordinate and weekly/monthly report to advertisers about their campaigns.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus
- Experience with ad networks, affiliate network, and/or affiliate marketing.
- Professional communication skills that allow you to build long term relationships with Partners.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the Media Buying services.
- Capability of working independently and within a team;
